The HCMS Nominating Board will begin the process of candidate selection for the 2027 elective offices in the late Spring of 2026. The deadline for nominations is May 22, 2026.

Medicare’s updated ABN form takes effect May 12. Physicians must provide this form to Original Medicare (fee-for-service) patients when a service is likely to be denied, informing them of their financial responsibility for the service.
