A no-cost service that provides a hassle free way to buy or lease a vehicle.

New Rate beginning October 1, 2025» Finance rates starting as low as 4.% for initial borrowers with approved credit for up to 60 months.

We Make the Process Easy

This no-cost program offers the best financing and leasing programs available.

From start to finish, we handle all the details and the paperwork.

• HCMS can locate the vehicle you want, with your choice of color and equipment; for the best price.
• HCMS can arrange for a test drive at your home or office.
• If you want to visit the dealership, HCMS will put you in touch with our contact at the dealership.
• HCMS can arrange all of the paperwork for you. You just sign the papers.

Where to Begin

Three ways to access the Auto Program:

1. Complete the Online Vehicle Request Form.
2. Call Phil Hornbeak, Auto Director at 713-843-7185.
3. Email Phil at phornbeak@hcms.org.

For financing, complete the Online Credit Application (processed via secure server).
