HCMS Annual Business Expo - Will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026 - Register today

The annual Business Expo offers a great opportunity to showcase products and services that meet the professional and personal needs of physicians and their senior staff. Focusing on the “Business of Medicine”, the event primarily attracts physicians in private practice looking for solutions to the challenges of managing a practice. About 200 physicians practicing in Harris County (Greater Houston area) as well as their  staff attend the event to network, participate in CME presentations on the business of medicine, and meet with organizations offering solutions to the challenges they face.

Helpful information about the HCMS Business Expo:

At the Expo participating organizations can:

• Meet our physicians and senior staff to educate them about your products and services in a relaxed environment.
• Enhance your name recognition.
• Generate leads and build a solid customer base.
• Network with other organizations to form strategic partnerships and develop a referral base.
• Learn about the challenges physicians are facing today by attending educational programs.

We offer a variety of ways to participate:

• Exhibit - Select from three booth sizes: 8 x 8, 8 x 10 and 10 x 10.  Pricing, subject to change, ranges from $1,150 - $1,350. See the Floor Plan to select your booth.
• Sponsor - The expo offers many sponsorship opportunities that increase your visibility before the expo as it is promoted to 7500 practicing physicians and during the expo. This is a great option to increase your visibility as a sponsor, have presence at the Expo if a company representative is not available to attend, or participate at the Expo on a limited budget. • Donate - Provide a door prize with retail value of $100 or more and get special recognition. This is a great option to increase your visibility at the expo as an exhibitor/sponsor or have visibility via the donation and an announcement about the organization. Door prize donors who are exhibitors or sponsors can make a 30 second announcement about their organization to the entire exhibit hall. If not available, HCMS staff will read the announcement. Benefits for both exhibitors and sponsors are:

• A listing of your company information on the HCMS website in the Business Expo section.
• A listing of your company on HCMS Flyers promoting the expo.
• Following the Expo event, you will receive a copy of the Attendee list with contact information. Email and fax number will not be included.
• Those donating a door prize prior to the Expo will receive special recognition on the HCMS website and at the expo.
• Discounted listing at 50% in the Buyers Guide ($260 for a 12+ months listing), the HCMS products/services referral guide. Some restrictions apply.

• The Expo will be held from 9am - 4:30 pm.
• Exhibitor set up can begin at 7am on October 17.
