We offer a variety of ways to participate:
- Exhibit - Select from three booth sizes: 8 x 8, 8 x 10 and 10 x 10. Prices range from $1,110-$1,310.
- Sponsor - This is a great option to increase your visibility or have presence at the Expo if a company representative is not available to attend. Sponsorships start at $350.
- Donate - Provide a door prize with retail value of $100 or more and get special recognition.
Benefits for both exhibitors and sponsors are:
- A listing in the Expo invitation that is mailed to HCMS members. This invitation is mailed to more than 5,000 physicians, increasing your visibility beyond those who attend.
- A listing of your company information on the HCMS website in the Business Expo section.
- A listing of your company on HCMS Flyers promoting the expo.
- Following the Expo event, you will receive a copy of the RSVP and Attendee list.
- Those donating a door prize prior to the Expo will receive special recognition on our HCMS website.
