Marketing 101 - Develop Your Patient Base

In today’s competitive environment, marketing your practice has never been more important to improve patient acquisition and retention, increase revenue, and grow your practice. Traditional methods of patient acquisition through personal relationships with colleagues must be paired with social media tools. Yet with so many ways to market your practice it is a challenge to stay within a budget and generate the most effective results.  This Ethics CME presentation, will present ongoing and new HCMS and TMA resources and marketing tips, to physicians as a “how-to” on promoting their practice. The one-hour presentation will focus on the fundamentals of marketing the medical practice. Topics will include the importance of defining your referral base, the do’s and don’ts of using social media, and the key principals of developing and maintaining a good relationship with your referring physicians.

This event is open to physicians and their staff.  For additional information, contact Ahuva Terk at ahuva_terk@hcms.org.
