Ballot Information (Deadline to vote is Friday, October 20, 2023, 11:59 p.m.):

If you received your ballot by standard mail for officer elections, and would rather vote electronically, all you have to do is send an e-mail note to support@directvote.net and ask for login credentials or you can call 1-866-909-3549. Support hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
If you would prefer a paper ballot, please contact the HCMS office at 713-524-4267 or email webadmin@hcms.org.
If for some reason you don't receive an e-mail ballot on Oct. 6, first check your spam filter and if it’s not there you have a couple of options.
- You can go to the election website (https://www.directvote.net/HCMS/login.aspx?id=!*FIELD1*!&pwd=!*FIELD2* ), enter your email address that is on file with HCMS, and your election login information will be emailed to you.
- If that doesn’t work, you can also contact support@directvote.net or call 1-952-974-2339. Support hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
