End unnecessary prior authorizations now!

House Bill 3459, authored by Rep. Greg Bonnen, MD (R-Friendswood), and sponsored by Sen. Dawn Buckingham, MD (R-Lakeway), would exempt physicians whose procedures and medications are approved at least 90% of the time – on a procedure-by-procedure, health plan-by-health plan basis – from prior authorization requirements on a rolling six-month basis. Encourage Gov. Abbott to sign HB3459 now.
