Why Should You Exhibit?

HCMS hosts business expos twice annually for physicians and practice managers who are interested in the business side of medicine. Free Continuing Medical Education seminars are offered throughout the day with plenty of time between seminars to network with exhibitors and sponsors. At each expo, participating organizations can:

  • Meet our physicians and senior staff to educate them about their products and services in a relaxed environment, not during a busy work day.
  • Enhance their name recognition so that as future needs arise, physicians will think of them first.
  • Generate leads and build a solid customer base.
  • Network with other organizations to develop a referral base.
There are numerous ways to participate in the Spring Expo. They include: 
  • Exhibiting. (8x8, 8x10, 10x10 Exhibitor booths). Prices range from $1050 - $1,250.
  • Sponsoring. Prices range from $325-$2,625. These are great options to increase visibility as an exhibitor or have presence at the expo even if a company representative is not available to attend.
  • Donating.  Donate a door prize with retail value of $100 or more.

Benefits to both exhibitors and sponsors include:

  • A listing in the official expo invitation mailed to HCMS members- for those registering before the print deadline. The invitation will be mailed to over 5,000 physicians, increasing your visibility beyond those who attend.
  • Company information listing in the Business Expo section of the HCMS website.
  • Expo RSVP and attendee list delivered to you after the event.
  • A complimentary copy of the 2018-2019 HCMS Pictorial Roster (HCMS current member directory).
  • Special recognition on the door prize section of the expo website if you donate a door prize prior to the expo.

Booths and sponsorships are limited and are assigned in the order in which contracts are received, so please respond as soon as possible. Optional internet connection, and/or 110 volt electrical connection, and/or an extension cord or power strip are available for a fee.
