In addition, attendees will also receive a follow-up list after the meeting, to maximize the networking experience.

Set Yourself Apart with a Practice Description in the online Harris County Physician Directory  

As a member of HCMS, your biographical information is listed in the Harris County Physician Directory. Although the biographic information is robust and informative, it does not communicate the many compelling reasons you offer to refer a patient to your practice.   

       Practice Description: Promote your practice year round by including additional information about your practice in the Harris County Physician Directory, the HCMS online membership directory. Include procedures performed, specialized services offered, number of  office locations, website address, and more. In the Harris County Physician Directory, the Practice Description section is located at the bottom of your profile below the office contact information. Click here for a sample. NEW: All HCMS members receive a FREE Practice Description.


To add a Practice Description and/or update your record:
  • Step 1. Please review the instructions and terms and conditions.
  • Step 2. If you already have a TMA/HCMS member login and password, follow the instructions provided in Step 1. 
    • To create a login and password, you must register on the TMA website. Once you have registered, you can use the same login and password to access the Harris County Physician Directory You can then enter your member profile to create a Practice Description.
     


Set Yourself Apart with a Practice Listing in the HCMS 2019-2020 Pictorial Roster

As a member of HCMS, your biographical information is listed in the HCMS/HAM Pictorial Roster. Although the biographic information is robust and informative, it does not communicate the many compelling reasons you offer to refer a patient to your practice.

       Practice Listing:  Promote your practice year round by including additional information about your practice in the 2019-2020 HCMS Pictorial Roster. Include languages spoken, procedures performed, specialized services offered, number of office locations, website address, and more. In the HCMS Pictorial Roster the Practice Listing section is located at the front of the book, organized by specialty. Click here to see the 2018 Practice Listings.

Distributed to over 7,000 physicians and institutions, a print Practice Listing is a great tool to increase your visibility.

Rates and Terms

  • $225 for the first print Practice Listing.
  • $199 for each additional print Practice Listing.
  • Print Practice Listings are accepted between September to April of each year. The HCMS Pictorial Roster is published in June of each year.

How to get Started:
 

  • Click here for instructions on how to create and submit your print Practice Listing and for the Terms of Agreement.
  • By proceeding to create the print Practice Listing for the HCMS Pictorial Roster, you agree to the "Terms of Agreement" included in the instructions on the web page of the link above.
  • Once the print Practice Listing has been submitted and paid for, your listing will be published in the upcoming year's HCMS Pictorial Roster.
