At the Expo participating organizations can:
- Meet our physicians and senior staff to educate them about your products and services in a relaxed environment.
- Enhance your name recognition.
- Generate leads and build a solid customer base.
- Network with other organizations to form strategic partnerships and develop a referral base.
- Learn about the challenges physicians are facing today by attending educational programs.
We offer a variety of ways to participate:
- Exhibit - Select from three booth sizes: 8 x 8, 8 x 10 and 10 x 10. Pricing ranges from $1,130-$1,330.
- Sponsor - The expo offers many sponsorship opportunities that increase your visibility before the expo as it is promoted to 7500 practicing physicians and during the expo. This is a great option to increase your visibility or have presence at the Expo if a company representative is not available to attend.
- Donate - Provide a door prize with retail value of $100 or more and get special recognition. This is a great option to increase your visibility at the expo as an exhibitor/sponsor or have presence at the Expo if a company representative is not available to attend. Door prize donors can make a 30 second announcement about their organization to the entire exhibit hall. If not available, HCMS staff will read the announcement.
Benefits for both exhibitors and sponsors are:
- A listing of your company information on the HCMS website in the Business Expo section.
- A listing of your company on HCMS Flyers promoting the expo.
- Following the Expo event, you will receive a copy of the RSVP and Attendee list with contact information. Email and fax number will not be included.
- Those donating a door prize prior to the Expo will receive special recognition on the HCMS website and at the expo.
- Discounted listing at 50% in the Buyer's Guide ($260 for a 12+ months listing), the HCMS products/services referral guide.
