GOALS
Advocacy
Determine and advance the membership's position on the ethical, quality, scientific, educational, social and economic aspects of medicine.
Ethical Standards/Quality Medical Care
Maintain and defend high ethical standards and quality medical care by example in all the Society's activities.
Internal/External Communication
Expand and cultivate effective avenues of communication to both our membership and the communities we serve.
Programs and Services
Develop and make available programs and services, supportive and complementary to our members' needs.
Membership
Maximize membership and strengthen member awareness and participation.
Health Education/Community Health
Promote community health by advocating effective public health policy and providing quality public and professional health education programs in collaboration with other organizations.
Professional, Organizational and Collaborative Relationships
Promote communication, participation and cooperation among members of the profession at all levels and collaborate with other organizations to accomplish common goals and objectives.
Fiscal Responsibility
Enure continued effectiveness through sound fiscal policies and a strong membership foundation.
